Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in perfect condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to hygiene purposes we can't accept earring back.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days. Refunds can only go back on the card items had been purchased on.
Refunds will not be accepted if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.
Please inform us of your intention to return the item within 7 days from the delivery date by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please return your your item using a track and trace courier. If your item has been sent back to us out of the 14 days return policy your parcel will be rejected and sent back to you.
Please note that any items returned after 14 days or with any visible signs of damage or wear will not be processed.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 12 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Manufacturing faults do not include: Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones. Broken chains. General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape, claws that have snapped off or oxidised, or plating that has worn off.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We are unable to offer exchange unless the item you need is a different size (rings only). If you would like to exchange an unsized item you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
*We do not exchange or accept returns on earrings.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will repair any manufacturing fault (broken clasps, claws coming loose or wire breakage) at no cost within 6 months of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please return your your item using a track and trace courier.
We charge £5 to cover the return courier.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchasing a full price item and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Should you need to return your item for a refund please email us first at email@example.com we will send you all the details that are needed to return your items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not be responsible to pay for any customs duty charges on returns from overseas.
