What is my Somya London jewellery made from?
Our jewellery is made of sterling silver, our gold items are coated with high-quality 14k/18 Gold Vermeil which is a long-lasting plating that should last for years if you look after your jewellery properly.
How is my Somya London jewellery made?
All of our jewellery is designed here in the UK and made in our factories in India.
Does Somya London sell Gift Vouchers?

Can I shop online without creating an account?
Yes, you sure can.
How can I find out about Somya London's new collections and promotions?
Simply subscribe to our mailing list and you will be the first to hear about all our new jewellery collections and promotions.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We certainly do offer gift wrapping so all you have to do is gift it. You will find this option on the cart page.
How do I use my gift card or discount codes?
Pop your code in at checkout where it says discount code/gift card. Remember only one code can be used at a time and if we are in the sale gift cards can be used but not discount codes.
How will my jewellery be packed?
All of our orders are packed in our branded jewellery boxes wrapped in tissue paper and shipped out in our wonderful white shipping boxes covered with a recycled plastic covering so your package doesn't get wet in the rain.
Is Somya London Jewellery covered by a warranty?
Yes, there is a 6 months warranty on all of our jewellery.
Can I add a message to my gift-wrapped order?
Of course! Let us know in the notes section when checking out, what your message will be.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Always! We will email you an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided that we haven’t shipped out your order, just send us a message ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your order.
My order is faulty. How can this be resolved?
Send us pictures with a description as to what has happened to your jewellery to email@example.com and we will try and resolve this as quickly as possible.
I have an issue with my delivery, how can this be resolved?
If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and tracking number and we will try and resolve this as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order via a tracking number that is emailed to you once we have shipped your order.
Can I return earrings?
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept earrings back.
What should I do if I have trouble placing my order?
Send us an email at email@example.com or a message in the chat box during work hours 9am-5pm UK time and we will help you as quickly as we can.
What if I have changed my mind?
Let us know asap via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know how it can be returned back to us. Please do this within the first 7 days of receiving your order. Your order needs to be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving it for us to be able to process a refund. Anything returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
How would I be charged for my order?
All payments will be taken on completion of order, depending on your payment provider please allow 3-5 days for the payment to show in your bank account.
