Shipping
Shipping costs vary on location, as we are a new business we are unfortunately unable to cover this at the moment. Please choose a place of delivery where your order can be accepted and signed for. i.e a place of work, next door neighbour or a family's home if you're not going to be at home.
UK Shipping Costs

International Shipping Costs (excluding local taxes)
Europe: £15.00, please allow 5-10 working days
USA & Canada Signed and Tracked via Royal Mail - approx 7-10 working days costs £25.00.
UAE Shipping £15 Approx 5-10 working days.
New Zealand & Australia: £40 Please allow 10 working days for delivery.
Please note: Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box address. All addresses must be physical and require a signature on receipt. All shipping excludes any local taxes, we cannot cover these.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 14 days if 14 days have gone by since your delivery date then, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Please inform us of your intention to return the item within 7 days from the delivery date by emailing us at hello@somyalondon.com. Please return your items using recorded delivery within 14 days from the delivery date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in perfect condition and in its original packaging as when you received it and sent back to us within 14 days. Anything we receive after 14 days from the delivery date will be rejected and sent back to you.
Due to hygiene purposes, we can't accept earrings back.

Refunds
To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment which can take upto 10 working days. Refunds can only go back on the card the items had been purchased.
Refunds will not be accepted if the goods have been damaged by you; this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.
Please note that the cost for returning an item is at the customers' expense and is non-refundable. For all returns from outside the EU, please send via standard post and not a courier service. If you chose to return items via courier service, we cannot be liable for the custom duty charges.
Faulty Goods
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Manufacturing faults do not include: Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones. General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape, claws that have snapped off or oxidised, or plating that has worn off. Necklaces that have been snapped by yourself accidentally will also not count as a faulty item. Please forward us an image of your jewellery before returning your items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or
contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchange unless the item you need is a different size (rings only). If you would like to exchange an unsized item, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
*We do not exchange or accept returns on earrings.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged this doesn't include gemstone items that are chipped, cracked gemstones. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@somyalondon.com.
Shipping for returns
Should you need to return your item for a refund, please email us first at hello@somyalondon.com we will send you all the details that are necessary to return your items.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
